Entering the past through the body of overworked employee Emma, Cheng must follow Lu Guang’s instructions and avoid altering events, but experiencing her loneliness and family struggles makes remaining detached increasingly difficult. 2 Secret Recipe Restaurant owner Yu Xia hires Cheng Xiaoshi and Lu Guang to recover a secret recipe kept by Lin Zhen, her former friend and business partner. With few useful clues available, Cheng dives into an old photograph and witnesses the history behind their successful restaurant, uncovering a deeply personal conflict beneath their bitter separation. 3 To Lose, Not To Win Cheng Xiaoshi enters a photograph from client Chen Xiao’s high-school days to deliver words he never shared with his basketball teammates. When an accident forces him into a crucial match that could determine the club’s future, Cheng must resist his competitive instincts and obey Lu Guang’s strict instruction: lose the game, no matter what. 4 Confess After accidentally changing the outcome of Chen Xiao’s basketball game, Cheng Xiaoshi continues delivering his client’s long-unspoken messages to friends and family. As the mission proceeds almost too smoothly, a troubling realization about the date reveals that something far more serious is approaching. 5 Farewell Knowing that a devastating earthquake is approaching, Cheng Xiaoshi desperately tries to warn Chen Xiao’s friends and the surrounding villagers, but no one believes him. Despite the emotional toll of his previous mission, Cheng Xiaoshi enters surveillance footage from the day of the abduction and attempts to trace the child without disturbing the past. 7 Aunt May After losing sight of Doudou during their first attempt, Cheng Xiaoshi and Lu Guang discover a photograph taken by the child on the day he vanished. Entering Doudou’s body, Cheng experiences the abduction firsthand and must identify the kidnapper and uncover his location before the twelve-hour limit expires. 8 Lost Signal Xu Shanshan asks the studio to recover what her longtime friend Dong Yi told her during a drunken university gathering. While reliving the night through her photograph, Cheng Xiaoshi notices something unsettling and becomes distracted from the original assignment, drawing him into a mystery that may be more dangerous than it first appears. 9 Consequence of Goodwill After a disturbing call from Xu Shanshan’s phone leaves her unreachable, Cheng Xiaoshi, Lu Guang and Qiao Ling fear she may be in danger. While Lu Guang seeks help from the police, Cheng discovers a photograph connected to the case and impulsively dives into it alone, hoping to uncover the truth before it is too late. 10 Trap With Xu Shanshan still missing, Cheng Xiaoshi, Lu Guang and Qiao Ling begin searching for clues on their own. When a photograph connected to her disappearance offers a possible lead, Cheng ignores Lu Guang’s warning and enters the image, determined to uncover what happened before the situation grows even more dangerous. 11 Pinnacle of Light Cheng Xiaoshi puts a dangerous plan into motion to expose the person threatening those around the studio. As the confrontation unfolds, Emma’s unresolved fate continues to haunt him, leading him back into the past for one final attempt to reach her—while an unseen danger remains closer than anyone realizes.
